Note:  We are looking for someone who can chair the Landscape Committee.  Main responsibility is to coordinate the maintenance and update of the neighborhood common areas at the entrances and along Coolidge / Long Lake.  You don't have to be a landscaping expert, just have some interest in keeping our neighborhood looking great.  Please reach out if this is something you might be willing to help with.

Hello Oak River East Neighbors!

It's that SPOOKtacular time of year when we have our annual Halloween party! 

Troy School District does not have school on October 31st or November 1st.  So, just for this year, we're going to go back to having our Halloween party on October 31st.  While there will not be a costume contest this year, kids are encouraged to come dressed up so that they can go trick-or-treating in the neighborhood immediately following the party.

Homeowners Association Board of Directors Ballot

On Wednesday, June 12, 2024, 7pm, at the backyard patio of Cindy and Mike Bliss, 4794 Rambling, Oak River East 2 & 3 neighbors will have the opportunity to elect new officers to fill positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and two directors. Our online voting is now open and will close at 6:45pm the day of the meeting. You can also bring a paper copy of your ballot to the meeting and turn it in before 7:05pm.  

This is your opportunity as a member of the homeowners association to participate in electing the governing body of the association.  Vote for people who you would like to have in these positions to govern the affairs of the homeowners association.  Each nominee listed below has been contacted to confirm they are willing to serve in the duties of the position for which they are nominated.  If you enter a write-in candidate, please confirm that they/you are willing to serve.
